Here’s what they have to say about their building:
The 3 level building is just under 120,000 sq feet. Most space now used by artist.. First floor and outside area devoted to kitchen, food and special events. Building originally designed for meat processing.
Over $200,000 invested new commercial kitchen. This area can go from private setting for 8 with private dining with chef and grows from there with larger rooms. Business breakfast and meeting area works. Beer and wine is available.
Building does best with moderate to large gatherings. Two
Outside yard area is 11,000 sq ft with brick, concrete or asphalt surface. Fencing and gates surround the property line.
Besides kitchen, our garaged food trucks here include “Fire Up Tacos’, “Ice Cream Plus”, “Jibaro World Eats”, “Streat Burger Bistro”, and “Coffee Cart & Some”. They operate here serving food in the lot as requested. Circus like entertainment also available.
My opinion, building does best for fund raisers, parties and then some. People [groups] like us since the organization’s retain higher percentage of the events gross. With a week’s notice we can meet nearly any request.
We have gone from horse rides for children, birthday parties to local government drop off point for flowers and plants to turning point for organized bike rides. No one beats our OCTOBERFEST and HALLOWEEN parties nor the prices we charge including free parking. We bill actual cost plus percentage markup on goods and services.
