Amy Van Duyne is the Executive Assistant to the CEO with Rock The House Entertainment Group (RTH), a full-service production and entertainment company that produces more than 1,400 corporate, non-profit, social, and educational events a year. Amy spends her days working closely with the CEO, coordinating details for events, assisting with the sales process, and improving business practices to exceed client expectations.
Prior to working for RTH, Amy was the Director of Weddings and Events for Neil Leeson Decor Floral (NLDF), a full-service wedding and event design company, where she directed the coordination of floral, linens, lighting, draping, furniture, and accessories to create a complete and unique vision for every client. Amy began with Neil Leeson Decor Floral after finishing her certificate in Tourism, Convention and Event Management at Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis (IUPUI).
Amy was a student member of ISES Indiana while attending school and now enjoys her time being involved in ISES Cleveland where she is a member of the Membership Committee, volunteered for the 2013 ISES WOW Awards, and recently joined the Cleveland Chapter Board. She also aspires and is continually studying to earn her CSEP designation, Certified Special Events Professional.
Amy was born and raised in northern Indiana. Along with her event management certificate, she also has a floral certificate from C2K Floral Design School in Indianapolis and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Ashland University, Ohio.
